Hidden Cove is a primitive boat launch ramp with no amenities. There is no fee to use the ramp, but there is also no staff on hand. The ramp itself is in good condition and can accommodate most boats. However, there is no dock or courtesy slip, so you’ll need to be able to get your boat in and out on your own.
Hidden Cove is located on the north side of Smith Lake. Just before you reach the bridge over Beaver Creek, you’ll see a sign for Hidden Cove Boat Launch Ramp on the right-hand side of the road. Turn onto the gravel road and follow it down to the ramp.
Lick Creek Boat Launch Ramp – The Lick Creek Boat Launch Ramp on Smith Lake is a great place to take your boat out for a day of fun. Accessible by County Road 41, this serene spot features an inviting dock and a concrete launch ramp to get you out on the water. The ramp is easily accessible and offers plenty of parking for boat trailers. There is also a public restroom available, which is a great amenity for boaters and visitors alike.
